Spectators are offered a bright and unforgettable show program of light puppets, amazing in their creativity. In an unpredictable kaleidoscope of very different light miniatures, everyone will find something of their own. The program of the show is designed as a journey into the world of contemporary puppetry art, where each miniature is a new unexpected turn, revealing new possibilities of this unique genre. In this performance, puppets are born right in front of the amazed audience, adults become children again and with passion they catch neon butterflies flying over the auditorium. The unique performances of the Nikolai Zykov Theater are gathering full halls all over the world with invariable success. Critics call these shows "like a discovery", and Nikolai Zykov "one of the most significant puppeteers in the world."

Nikolai Zykov is an artist of the world stage, who has delighted spectators in more than 50 countries of Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America, has created more than 200 unique puppets, glove, rod and experimental puppets. Nikolai is the author, director, artist and performer of more than 30 puppet shows with many international awards for innovative creativity and outstanding performance, including awards of the UNIMA World Puppeteers Congresses.

All the puppets in the show glow by themselves. For this, two technologies are used - LEDs and electroluminescent wires. It would seem that you can make a theatrical puppet and fix the light sources on it, so you get a luminous puppet. But in this view, the principle of creating puppets is different. The LEDs and electroluminescent wires themselves are the source of inspiration for creating images, and they are also the constructive basis of the puppets themselves. How to make traditional puppets has been known for a long time. But to create puppets from these materials, it was necessary to apply completely new technologies and invent new design solutions that cannot be found either in the library or on the Internet. The design of each puppet in the show is unique. The performance uses puppets of different systems: these are puppets controlled by threads from above - marionettes (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8 puppets controlled by one puppeteer at the same time), these are rod puppets controlled from below (2 and 5 rod), and gigantic puppet designs created in front of the audience.
